MAHATHOL NC 14S is a low viscosity cutting oil with chlorine, active sulphur and extreme pressure additives, imparting marked antiweld properties which help machining of intricate shapes with high precision. Being a low viscosity oil, it has excellent cooling and swarf removal characteristics. MAHATHOL NC 14S is recommended for difficult machining operations of touch steels in automatic lathes, screw cutting machines where pressurised coolant system is employed for ferrous, ferrous alloys and stainless steel. Not recommended for non-ferrous metals of yellow type as they are liable to stain. MAHATHOL NC 14S is also suitable for certain Honing operations.
MAHATHOL NC 32S is a medium viscosity dark brown Oil containing Sulphurised fatty materials, free active sulphur and chlorine along with extreme pressure, oiliness and anti corrosive additives. This Oil therefore provides better surface finish, superior metal wettability and better cooling in increased severity operational conditions. They also provide longer cutting tool life over a wide range of operating temperatures. MAHATHOL NC 32S is recommended for severe cutting and machining operations of high tensile stainless steel as well as nickel chromium alloys on automatics, gear cutting, hobbing, drilling, reaming and thread cutting machines. MAHATHOL NC 32S is not recommended for use on non-ferrous metals or yellow metals which they are liable to stain.
The Mahathol NC 164 formulated with specially selected mineral oils contains mixture of polar, mild, and active extreme pressure additives. The EP property is further enhanced by addition of compounds containing chlorine and phosphorus. The additives take care of the varying stresses at the cutting edge and during this cutting process by forming solid lubricant films. The Mahathol NC 164 is recommended for operations where high rate of metal removal is required, for example, deephole drilling and trepanning operations. The High dossage of EP additives in to the oil ensure a longer tool life. This oil is not recommended for cuprous metals & alloys.

Being low viscosity oil, it has excellent cooling and swarf removal characteristics MAHATHOL DHDO is specialy desined for deep hole drilling, deep hole boring, thread rolling, gun drilling & gear cutting applications. This oil is only suitable for ferrous & ferrous alloys. It is not recommended for use on cuprous metals or yellow metals as they are liable to stain.
MAHATHOL BROACHING OI is formulated with EP additives such as fat, Syn.Ester and sulphour. These additives react chemically at elevated temperatures to form nascent metallic film of molecular thickness. This feature is important in the specialised broaching operations and extends broach life between overhaul and resetting. It also provide improved surface finish. MAHATHOL BROACHING OI is recommended for broaching of medium carbon steel for automotive components, also used for gear cutting where antichip welding properties are essential. It ensures excellent heat dissipation and long broach life. The product is not recommended for cuprous metals due to staining may occur.
